Appointments with our lawyers are made through our online booking system and there is a $45 admin fee that is charged. As our service is intended to help those most in need, you will need to answer some questions about your employment status or income level to qualify for an appointment. Once you complete this brief questionnaire, you will be directed to the booking section (unless you are advised you do not qualify based on our means-testing).
We require you to provide us with as much information as possible during this process, so that our lawyers can use your appointment time to provide you with advice, rather than gathering information. The information you provide in this online form is kept private and confidential and is stored and used in accordance with our privacy and storage policies.
We also require you to provide the name of the adverse party in your matter in order to do a “conflict of interest” check. If we have already provided the other party with advice about the same issue, unfortunately we will not be able to assist you.
We can provide telephone appointments if you cannot attend in person. If it is necessary for us to review documents to provide you with advice, please bring those documents to your appointment.
